[HH#762785] Flask tutorial directions not working

I can't figured out how to get my flask app running. I've followed all the

directions on this link: https://wiki.helionet.org/Flask and this one:

both give slightly different directions, but I have tried all variations I

can think of. I can't quite determine if myapp.py and all the other source

code should be in the flask folder or up a level in public_html. Otherwise,

I have the cgi.cgi folder set up per instructions, the .htaccess, myapp.py

and flask.wsgi. Are there any steps not mentioned in the tutorial for

getting this application to actually run? If you need to look at my files,

please go ahead.
