I was trying to change my email address via HelioNet but this message appeared.

I don't think I have any account signed up with that specific email address. If you want, I can PM you the email address that I was trying to change to.

Please PM the address so I can update it on your account. You probably have a never-used forum account from the past that needs to be deleted.

Done. You had an old hosting account called flaze216 that had that email address attached to it. I just merged it into your current account and changed the email address for you.

If you want your hosting account's email address to match, you'll need to change your email address in cpanel as well (at the bottom under contact information).

Sadly, It didn't work. Whenever I try to login via my email address on the HelioHost website, it shows this:

"There is no account in our database that matches that email address. Perhaps you misstyped it? If you're sure you typed it correctly you could create an account using that email. Otherwise you can try checking the status of another email address or username below."

Only my previous email address works.

Also, I am stuck on mobile site. If I log out, it would turn back to desktop site but it would go back to mobile site when I log back in. I even tried logging out of my phone's browser. Even clearing cache doesn't work.

I need to get some sleep. It's 2 in the morning here. Hoping to find a solution later.

That's a known issue with the forums. A forum account can accidentally get its template switched to Mobile due to a bug in IPB, which will cause it to always show Mobile even if you select desktop version. I fixed your profile, clear your cache and sign in again to verify it works.

Fixed. Changes in cPanel are supposed to synchronize into the central user database on their own, but it didn't for some reason. I manually changed it.

It can take a few hours to update on its own.
