wolstech Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Usually by debugging or reconfiguring the software (or replacing it if not possible). I escalated this because Krydos can tell you what files were responsible, which will let you know where to start looking.

Krydos Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 It looks like most of your load is coming from /home1/mediaexp/public_html/api.php Please fix the high load quickly or you run the risk of being suspended again. Unsuspended.
