Just to inform you.

 

I had this account with you, on subdomain melody.heliohost.org. Cpanel

username haruna.

You blocked the ip due to any strange sftp logins from it.

 

Maybe, I'm not sure, there is a virus on my local system.

Why?

I just logged in via mobile (because of blocked cable ip).

What didn't work: to delete account.

So I tried to get cpanel password reset.

No email came through.

Tried it again, and email to fill, the one with the --- in it, had changed

to some unknown.

 

Access on heliohost front page with my email is erased.

But maybe, it is due to one changed it, like it looked above.

 

What is now: I don't have any access to the system.

Not problem for me, nothing productive on it.

But if one captured it, maybe he is doing bad stuff with it.

 

So maybe you want to look into what happened and maybe erase everything

from that cpanel account.

 

Last thing I remember: it has been on ricky.

And you received paypal donation from me email, which is fine. I like the

idea itself of community.

 

Again, no need to restore any.

Just take care that nothing evil comes from that account to harm you. It's

not me. If, there is invader or just something broken.

Your account did delete successfully, which is why your password reset failed (you can't reset what doesn't exist). The deletion script sometimes shows a failure message due to Ricky being ridiculously slow though.

 

SFTP can be rather sensitive to getting IPs blocked, especially because most people don't realize that FTP accounts created in cPanel don't work with it (the cPanel FTP accounts only support plain unencrypted FTP on port 21), but I'm not sure why it happened here.
