ziad87 Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Hello, may I please ask why my account was suspended?Heliohost username: ziad87Server: TommyI'm guessing this is for CPU usage or full disk space..
wolstech Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Your software malfunctioned and filled up the /tmp folder...which caused a significant amount of downtime yesterday. Any idea why it might have done that? We'd like to make sure it'll get fixed before we unsuspend it so it doesn't happen again.
ziad87 Posted December 24, 2018 Author Posted December 24, 2018 Hmm, I'm not sure. I have a lot of things and can't check..What kind of tempdata did it store, if you still have some by any chance?
Krydos Posted December 25, 2018 Posted December 25, 2018 Nope, I just deleted it as soon as I found the problem, and suspended your account that caused the issue. Off the top of my head I sort of recall it being roughly 50 files totaling a little over a gigabyte of space.
ziad87 Posted December 26, 2018 Author Posted December 26, 2018 Hmm, okay. Could I maybe get a backup (everything, including mysql), so I could check if my /tmp fills up?
wolstech Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 I just added a deny from all in your ~/public_html/.htaccess for now so your stuff won't run. Unsuspended. Grab what you need and debug locally before removing it please. We'd rather not fill /tmp again...
ziad87 Posted January 6, 2019 Author Posted January 6, 2019 Hm, I had created a CentOS VM with cPanel installed yet I couldn't get anything weird out of /tmpIll remove the deny from all for now, please let me know if /tmp fills up with anything weird.
