I'm trying to access my postgresql database at johnny.heliohost.org, but I get the following message:

 

no pg_hba.conf entry for host ....

 

Could you please allow remote access for me?

 

the host is: johnny.heliohost.org (alexger7.heliohost.org) What hostname should I use in my postgresql GUI?

user: alexger7_user and alexger7

The remote host can be johnny.heliohost.org, alexger7.heliohost.org, or 65.19.141.67. Any of those three should work.
