Howdy!! I've been personally noticing that my whole site completely goes down at around 6:30pm to 4am my time :0 I'm not complaining exactly, I'm just curious as to why. It's quite an odd time to be getting a lot of server traffic, though it's probably reasonable in a time zone I'm not in :P For some reason, cloudflare isn't caching my completely static pages, which is bugging me, but that's a question for a different forum, haha.

Ahhhh xux it actually was the only option when I went to choose, both others said they were full ;u; I don't remember what settings I chose, but I knew I needed php. What's the least crowded ones :0?

Tommy, by far. But it's also the most difficult to get an account on for free. Everybody wants it, so signups usually last between 10 seconds and 2 minutes on a typical day before filling up. They open every day at midnight UTC if you want to try your luck  :) (If you don't, you can donate $1 or more and let us know the transaction ID...we'll just move your existing account to Tommy). Tommy's hardware is also the newest in our fleet, so its much faster than our other servers.

Ricky is a bit easier to sign up on. Signups usually last an hour or so. He's much more stable than Johnny, but quite a bit slower than Tommy. There's also no Java support over there. If you don't mind slow page load times, he's not a bad choice.

Johnny...well, his #1 gripe is performance, and that's because we allow unlimited accounts and are more lax about resource use. Johnny is meant for testing and other applications where the user doesn't care about uptime and speed (you won't get much of either on Johnny, as you've experienced). It's borderline useless for production websites. A common use is for users to start out on Johnny to make sure their code will actually work on our service, then they donate and ask for a server move to Tommy once they get everything working.

Here's the graph we usually refer to: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Tommy did open for signups today, but filled in under 2 minutes (the smallest amount of time this chart can represent) so it looks like it never opened. Ricky is still open as of this post.

Ahhhh I see :0 I was hoping cloudflare would simply cache the pages so that they didn't need to load at all, for most users. There's no dynamic content on the pages, unless using php to load in the header and footer are an issue

Or you could switch servers. If you intend anyone other than yourself to ever see your site you really shouldn't be on Johnny.
