unisan2 Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 "The IP address has been blocked for an unknown reason. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you" Can you unblock Ip? Thanks.
wolstech Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Unblocked. It wasn't caused by anything you did.
unisan2 Posted November 21, 2018 Author Posted November 21, 2018 Again the same problem with different IP: "The IP address 82.84.71.161 has been blocked for an unknown reason. You won't be able to continue to cPanel until an admin unblocks you." Thanks in advance.

wolstech Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 It's due to our mitigations blocking an ongoing DOS attack on the server. When we handle these, legitimate users getting blocked is a common side effect unfortunately. It's better than the server being down though. Unblocked again.
unisan2 Posted November 21, 2018 Author Posted November 21, 2018 Thanks for the info, but at the moment my account is blocked again. "The IP address 94.36.153.92 has been blocked for an unknown reason".

unisan2 Posted November 22, 2018 Author Posted November 22, 2018 I'm sorry to disturb you, but my IP (94.36.166.80) is blocked again. Is it possible the problem (over that you have reported) can depend from something I have done? Thanks in advance.
Krydos Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Blocked for having 76 simultaneous connections open to the server. Unblocked. Sometimes having a poorly coded website can cause this if your browser has to make dozens of connections to the website to download all of the small .js files and images. Having too many connections open like this can cause the server to run out of available connections which would result in no one else being able to connect.
unisan2 Posted November 24, 2018 Author Posted November 24, 2018 Sorry again, but my actually IP (82.84.72.10) has been blocked again. Can you unblock it?
