HelioHost Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Username: dylanjoz, Server: Ricky, Main domain: osborne.org.za Hi, I just created an account with HelioHost this morning, and the account status page says that my account is up and running, but if I try to login to cPanel, I get an invalid login warning. What could this be? I'm pretty sure that my login details are correct as I am using a password manager that saved the login details when I created the account. P.S thanks for providing this amazing service, I will definitely attempt to donate at least once a year ? Kind RegardsDylan Osborne
wolstech Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Your password has been manually reset. Please check your email for a manual email directly from me with a subject of "Password reset". Our email often goes to spam on Gmail, so you may need to check your spam folder for the message.
