[HH#250614] Ricky server down ?

Hello,

 

I'm owning a MySQL database on your Ricky server.

Till this night (3-4AM ?), I don't have access any more.

I can connect to HelioHost website, but am unable to launch CPanel, neither=

connect to the database from the Internet (port 3306).

 

Is there a known issue with the server ?

I suspect neither. More than likely it's blocked because of someone setting up a phishing site.

 

Our provider only gives us an hour to remove things like phishing sites from our service after they notify us. Unfortunately, not being staffed 24/7 makes removing these sometimes take longer than we (or our provider) would like. When that happens, they block the entire server until it can be dealt with and we contact them.
