I want to unable ssh access for my account .

For security reasons HelioHost does not offer SSH access to any accounts.

You've already received a response from one of our users. We do not offer SSH access of any kind, so your results are to be expected. 

 

Please note though that for 99% of applications, you should not need SSH access anyway. Is there something specific you're trying to accomplish?
