I am trying to remove a suspicious extension from my MySql Database called "SPCYEND Update Site'' . Even though I tried to remove a lot of times thespecific record from my database , it appears again when I refresh mybrowser . The Name Of my Database is : zerbas_omikron the database table that I am trying to remove the specific record is : UpdateSites"Update_site_id: 194 . I don'? remember trying to install such extension at all . Is there a wayto remove this piece of software(extension) from my database ? Thank you very much for your time .

wolstech Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 It’s part of joomla. It keeps coming back because joomla or a plug-in for it is reinstalling due to you having removed it. It’s required for certain components of joomla to function. It should not be removed.
