I can login into my control panel but if I type the url i.ehttp://sds.heliohost.org then the website is not opening. I have the indexpage etc uploaded..... Krydos Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 The reason we changed your ip is because the ip that your account was on is currently experiencing a ddos attack. The new ip should work a little better, but it's still not going to load quickly. The best solution is to move to Ricky or Tommy which aren't affected by the ddos.
