Let me know what I need to do to fix this.Thanks in advance for the help.

Johnny is meant for usr s who don't care about the speed or uptime of their account and just want to play around. It is the server with the worst uptime. Errors and timeouts like you're experiencing are completely normal for this server due to severe overcrowding. As you can see here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ , performance is much better on the other servers, and you may be better served by signing up on one of those when registrations are open. They open each day at midnight UTC and fill quickly. Tommy usually fills in under a minute due to demand (it has the best performance and most features), but Ricky usually lasts an hour or so.
