server: Ricky

website: gumbroker.heliohost.org

I signed up for the website a few days ago.

when you go to the website, your browser does not pick up any index.html or

index.php, instead it displays the Account Queued notice. but when you check

on the status, it says your website is ready to go and do you want to log into

Cpanel in the meantime. (that works)

if you explicitly type gumbroker.heliohost.org/index.html, only then will the

index.html page load.

the bigger problem is that no .php file will load. it throws an Internal

Server Error.

I have tried changing the PHP version to 7.2, 5.4 and 5.6 but the problem

persists.

what is causing this? can I fix it, or is there some way to reset the server

to see if that fixes anything?

The queued page gets cached in your browser sometimes. If you clear your browser cache or use a different browser the queued page will likely go away.

What is the link to the php script that is giving the 500 error?

it was the cache. shift+F5 did not sufficiently clear the cache, had to be manually cleared.
