HelioHost Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A username: (anonymous)server: Rickywebsite: gumbroker.heliohost.org I signed up for the website a few days ago. when you go to the website, your browser does not pick up any index.html orindex.php, instead it displays the Account Queued notice. but when you checkon the status, it says your website is ready to go and do you want to log intoCpanel in the meantime. (that works) if you explicitly type gumbroker.heliohost.org/index.html, only then will theindex.html page load. the bigger problem is that no .php file will load. it throws an InternalServer Error. I have tried changing the PHP version to 7.2, 5.4 and 5.6 but the problempersists. what is causing this? can I fix it, or is there some way to reset the serverto see if that fixes anything?
Krydos Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 The queued page gets cached in your browser sometimes. If you clear your browser cache or use a different browser the queued page will likely go away. What is the link to the php script that is giving the 500 error?
HelioHost Posted June 7, 2018 Author Posted June 7, 2018 it was the cache. shift+F5 did not sufficiently clear the cache, had to be manually cleared. >The queued page gets cached in your browser sometimes.
