Krydos Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 The default email address that your account comes with is for internal email only. If you want to be able to send and receive emails we recommend creating an email address such as username@yourdomain.com. As far as getting notified of new emails you can connect IMAP/POP3 mail clients to your HelioHost email account. For instance I have my email address in my phone mail client so when I get a new email a notification pops up on my phone. Let us know if you need any help.
