crazybmanp Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 I've now increased total allowed disk space to 250mb and total allowed bandwidth to 2500mb. wow, this is awesome, thanks djbob
CriBaby Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 All you guys are starting to seem mod-power-hungy Patience is the key Hey! I'm not power hungry. I haven't even said anything about wanting to be a mod (though it wouldn't be a bad job). The most I've said is that there needs to be more of them.
Sungazer Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 I've now increased total allowed disk space to 250mb and total allowed bandwidth to 2500mb. Wow! Im going to add my thanks to the rest of them, Thanks a bunch djbob!
jjpriest25 Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 All you guys are starting to seem mod-power-hungy Patience is the key I've never had any desire to be a mod...too much work for me; plus they sometimes gotta deal with people like that index guy--I would just lose all my patience. Like everyone else, thanks for the added bandwidth. I'm sure we'll need it when our sites hit the big time
JcX Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 That's very nice to be heard. I need HD space a lot since sometimes I need to store some music files and pictures which I don't like to get Photobucket, etc to host it for me. Anyway, can I purchase some extra HD space with Helions? Please inform me if Stevie can support this request. Goodjob and bravo to djbob on improving this site to the best!
JcX Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 well...I see new changes to Helio now... I see the FileManager has changed to v2. No wonder I experienced slow loading at the moment. Again, great job!
Ashoat Posted July 30, 2008 Author Posted July 30, 2008 Do you mean the Legacy File Manager? The normal File Manager is v3...
JcX Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 That's weird... I was in my college at that moment, well.... the wifi here is kinda slow... And then the file manager loads as v2, not v3
Trippin Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 That's weird... I was in my college at that moment, well.... the wifi here is kinda slow... And then the file manager loads as v2, not v3 You must be using the legacy file manager. On my cPanel page I made a screen shot of the icons for File Managers, and wrote under them the version that loads for me. The v3 File Manager I personally think is way better.
crazybmanp Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 if you click on the file manager, it checks if you have the requirements to run it, if your connection is slow, or your computer doesn't have enough ram or cpu power it kicks it down a version.
AverageJoe Posted August 12, 2008 Posted August 12, 2008 So when are we going to update http://www.free-webhosts.com and start flowing with new people?
