Hi,

 

I have been trying to reset my password over the past week. Each time I

get bounced and nothing happens.

 

My userid is aardvar3.

To clarify the previous response: The issue is that Johnny died. The steps provided are to retrieve your data. If you do have a cpmove file, it can be restored directly, but only an admin can restore the cpmove- file and a donation is required for this service (it's considered moving an account).

 

Otherwise, you can unpack the files from your backup with your choice of compression tool and restore the contents manually.
