PS: I've seen another recent topic that it defaults the external mail through the generic server IP.

Could you please make sure the dedicated IP is used for external mail, just in case?

Correct. Mail sometimes uses 65.19.143.6 by default...

Dedicated IP is set up and reverse dns PTR record has been created as well https://www.debouncer.com/reverse-dns-check?ip=66.220.18.186 I also tested your email to make sure there is no reference to the Tommy shared IP. Thank you for your donation. We really appreciate it.
