HelioHost Posted May 3, 2018 Posted May 3, 2018 Username: fkhsr, Server: Johnny, Main domain: fkhsr.heliohost.org Hello, I am the user with login name "fkhsr" and domain "fkhsr.heliohost.org" on"Johnny". Last week when i tried to connect the server kept giving me the"Invalid login" error message. I tried several times to reset my passwordwich ended up in a "connection time out" error. Then after some time (i donot remember how much, i would say the next day or so) i could login withthe same password that was giving me the "Invalid login" error. This week the same problem seems to occur. Same symptoms : when i try tolog in using my password, it keeps giving the "Invalid login" error. Maybeit will work again in some time but i would like to sort out this errorthat occurs every time i try to connect after i did not connect for a weekor so (it is the second week that this problem shows up). Last week itended up working again but i would like to understand the reasons behindthis problem in order to avoid it happening in the future. My domain is not resolving anymore also i just noticed, neither with httpsnor without ; be it fkhsr.heliohost.org or crypto-pilgr.im. I do not have much more information about the problem but if you need moreinformation that i can give you in order to solve the problem i would behappy to give it to you.
