Username: infospac, Server: Johnny, Main domain: infospace.heliohost.org

 

Hi Manager

 

I can not log in and do not get email for change password.

 

Pls help us.

Now I tried to log in and reset my password, all was failed.

even there is no my site on Johnny.

 

How I can cancel my account and re-create it on Tommy and Ricky.

If you want, you can sign up on Ricky or Tommy when registrations are open (midnight UTC) or you can donate and receive an invite.

 

Just pick a different username and use a different email address and domain for now. The email and domain can be changed to match your current ones once the old Johnny accounts are cleaned out. The only thing that cannot be changed later is your account username.
