[HH#821819] No permissions in MySQL

My "root" user (garyfen2_root) in my MySql database does not appear to

have permissions to grant permissions to others. I need to create a

guest user that has permission only to execute a single proc and nothing

else. Is there some way I can get a real root user?

In order to grant permissions to other users you'll need to log in to cpanel and go to the mysql button. You can also create as many mysql users as you want on that same page. Let us know if you need help with any of that.
