Krydos Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 SSL on Johnny doesn't always work because he is our oldest, slowest, and most overloaded server. We recommend Ricky or Tommy if you need SSL. If you don't want to switch servers the only thing you can do is try over and over. We've seen some accounts that work after a couple tries and some accounts that never work after 30 tries. It's best to try when the load is low. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
