[HH#887315] Signup problem

Hi, Sunday I attempted to sign up with username maikn (on testing server

johnny, I think). I got to the point where it told me to wait for the

account to be activated on the server. But next morning it told me the

account didn't exist. But on helionet my account exists. Is this a bug in

the signup?

 

Is there anything I can do to keep the username/start over, or should I

just try with another username?

Sorry about that. It looks like the problem was the Johnny server. Since this is our most overloaded and slowest server he has a tendency to encounter bugs like what happened trying to create your account. This doesn't happen on our production servers. I have requeued your account for you and we'll see if it creates successfully this time.

Your account creation failed this time due to conflicts with the account maikndk which I'm assuming is you. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
