Do not push to the email provider because everything is good on their side, so it is your fault. Please solve this soon. I tried to log in to forum but it does not work. The password is the same as what I log in to cpanel correct?
Krydos Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Your domain is not currently hosted with us. We can't fix it for you because we don't have access to your domain registrar. To host your domain with us you'll need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Let us know if you have any questions on how to do that.
