Hi, I've created a website of my portfolio to send some emails to my clients. Yesterday I sent 113 emails and was instantly suspended :((

emails per day: 250 please

We have a limit of 50/day, which is why you're suspended. You've been unsuspended, though the server's being a bit slow to show that at the moment. If you see a suspended page, you should be able to wait an hour and clear your cache.

 

If you need the limit raised, please explain why you need to send so many emails, and provide an example of what's being sent (note that we do not allow promotional/advertising emails of any kind), and we can consider raising your limit.

I work with some artchitecture services. So, when I start new seasons of services, I send some emails to my clients. Yesterday I sent 113 emails, and I have other list with 500 emails :|, but if the limits is only 50/day, ok .. 

ps.: my website still suspended :(

Please post an example of an email you've sent so we can consider increasing your limit.

 

The account is not suspended, it just takes up to 12 hours for the suspended page to go away after being unsuspended.

I send some emails to my clients.

How do you get your clients email addresses? What is the process for your clients to unsubscribe from your emails?

You've been approved for up to 250 emails per day. We don't whitelist very many people like this so if your account accidentally gets suspended again it's likely due to a bug in our system, and you should let us know immediately.
