HelioHost Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Username: raktdaan, Server: Johnny, Main domain: raktdaan.heliohost.org Respected Sir/MaamI am new to heliohost and I want to upload jsp and my sql database projecton the domain but johnny server is not activated for java so i want toswitch my account to tommy server but when i go to delete my account thenafter entering my login credentials the error comes that the usernamedoesnot exist in the database and contact to administrator. please help meASAPregardsmaharaktdan
wolstech Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Your account no longer exists. The deletion script sometimes says it can't find your account, but deletes it anyway... Also, please be aware that Tommy currently requires a donation in order to register. There are no free sign ups for that server due to a lack of disk space. When you donate, you'll receive an email within 24 hours allowing you to register on tommy.
