Dunno why it's blocked, is it because of spam mails again? I have deleted all emails, and no login anymore.

Yeah it sent spam again. It looks like it's coming from the address cherio@cherio.cc. Does this mail account exist? If so, it needs to be deleted too.

You're causing thousands of other people sharing your server emails to go to spam because you're dropping Tommy's senderscore with these emails. How about if we move your account to Johnny temporarily to give you some time to figure out your spam issue. If you can get the spam to stop we'll move you back to Tommy.

Yeah, I looked this morning and saw the same thing. There's only one email account in there called domain.

 

At this point we're not sure how these are getting sent from a nonexistent mailbox, but they definitely did send...

We can't move accounts from servers that are offline, but instead I have sent you an email invite to recreate your Tommy account. I renamed your forum account so you can reuse the username cherio, and I deleted all references to cherio.heliohost.org so you can use that as your main domain again. You can download your Johnny backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ Once you have created your new account let us know and we can rename your forum account back. Please ask us if you have any questions.

When i try to add my domain, it says:

(XID ew3v6j) A DNS entry for “cherio.cc” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

Please help me to remove all DNS entry for domain cherio.cc from all servers in the DNS cluster.
