[HH#37694] Fwd: HelioHost Email Validation

Hi Support team,

 

My account involved in some consistency. I have added add-on domain,

however, it shows "No addon domains are configured." under addon domain

list.

 

When I tried to redo it (add it again), it shows "your domain has already

been added."

 

I have changed the name servers and waited for more than 48 hours. The

problem is still there, and the addon domain (www.innovesting.com)

redirected to "http://innovesting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi"

This is a known problem on johnny and is caused by high load breaking the addon domain process.

 

Please create the subdomain innovesting.innovest.heliohost.org. After that, verify the addon domain appears in the addon domains screen. If it does, wait 12 hours and clear your cache. If it does not appear, let us know and we'll take another look at it for you.
