[HH#31719] Problem changing server

Hello!

 

I just created a account yesterday and I want to change server, because yesterday I could just use one of the servers for test production.

I was following the steps to delete as told on helio-wiki. But I got this message, even my account seems to be active:

"We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."

 

How can I proceed?
