[HH#13388] Error message while installing certificate

Hello,

 

I am trying to install a certificate that I got from a CA . I get an error message during install process

I was waiting for java installation, so I thought I will enable https in the meantime.

Please can you look into this.

Johnny doesn't really support ssl very well. Since he's our experimental server his load can be sky high sometimes. When you get high load in the middle of a delicate process like installing an ssl certificate it will frequently crash, and you'll have to try again. There's even been a few accounts on Johnny where even I couldn't get ssl installed after dozens of tries. If you want https we recommend Ricky or Tommy. They both have autossl which means you don't have to do anything and ssl will be installed for you for free.
