If you need to include such content, please provide it as a link instead of an attachment. As for your issue, what do you need help with? Based on your subject, you can't get MySQL to work. MySQL should be accessed at localhost if the script is on our server. Use ricky.heliohost.org for remote access. If you want to use remote access, you need to enable it in cPanel first before it will work. In both cases, the port is 3306 and the username and password are whatever you define in cPanel in the MySQL users section.
