Help email bombing?

Hello,

 

I asked a question to heliohost support last night and now I get the reply already more than 7000 times in my gmail email box and cant stop it.

It started at 0.09 CET and  now 16:50 CET I still receive that one single reply of the support but more than 7000 times

How to stop this ... please help ... blocking in WLM doesn't help either

What happened was two emails ended up randomly having the exact same ticket number. The chance of this happening is roughly 1 in 100,000. The more ticket numbers get used makes it slightly more likely, but still you basically won the email lottery here.

You unsubscribed me, does that mean that I can't contact heliohost support anymore?

We'd still get the emails, but I'm not sure if you'll still get the replies. Krydos would be the one to know that.

 

You can definitely always post on our forums though. That's what most of our users do anyway

You're not unsubscribed. Do you want to be? The other guy with the same ticket number as you that also received thousands of emails specifically requested to be unsubscribed so I did. You should still be able to receive email support via support@heliohost.org.

No I  don't want you to unsubscribed me, leave it as it is ... that way I still can contact helio support if necessary ...

The emailing has stopped so no more problems
