Hello!

My website was suspended for inactivity, i already renew yesterday my account and when I try to access then it redirects me to heliohost inactive page. I already clean my browser and DNS cache.

How can I fix this.

My CPanel username is: muno

dominan: munoxford.ml

Server: Ricky

I'm not sure what's going on with this. I've tried manually suspending and unsuspending it, restarting apache, and checked it with two different browsers.

Let's see if Krydos can figure it out.

Thank you for your fast reply, I’ve tried with Chrome and Firefox and the problem continue in the two browsers

Your account is actually working fine. The reason it shows as inactive is because your wordpress install forces https, and you don't have a valid ssl certificate. When your domain doesn't have a valid certificate it uses the default certificate on the server which defaults to the first alphabetically which is a.heliohost.org. That a.heliohost.org account is inactive so it shows the inactive page.

TL;DR: Edit your wordpress so it doesn't require https.

I forced autossl to run on your account, and restarted apache: https://munoxford.ml/

I also created a nossl2.heliohost.org account on Ricky so it will show an error message about not having ssl set up correctly like we have on Tommy already. This should help prevent this same confusion in the future.
