wolstech Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 We had another user with this issue as well. Johnny's SSL barely even works, and certificate installation frequently fails due to the server's load. Sometimes you can get it to work by trying repeatedly, or trying again later when the load is low. If you're unable to get it working after numerous attempts, the only solution we can recommend is to move to Ricky or Tommy where this problem doesn't occur, or not use SSL. Ricky and Tommy actually install and renew certificates on their own within 24 hours of adding a domain too, so you don't even need to get a certificate and install it.
