I created an account and uploaded my files to the public_html folder on the server. Problem 1- Now when I go with the browser to my website (http://np-webdesign.heliohost.org) I get the error:"500 Internal Server Error" Problem 2- When I try to create an Addon domain (http://np-webdesign.ml) in the c-panel I get the error:"(XID zzw4vt) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or haveyour administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver." I added the nameserver NS01.HELIOHOST.ORG and NS02.HELIOHOST.ORG on the domain site. Is this all normal? What am I doing wrong? I don't get it. Can you please help me to solve these probems or maybe tell me what I have to do to fix them?You would do me a great favor. Best regards.
wolstech Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 For problem 1, be sure your file permissions are set to 644. They upload as 664 and need to be changed before the files will run. Also, if you use an .htaccess file, rename it so it's ignored and try again. Incorrect permissions and invalid htaccess are the top two reasons for this error. For problem 2, the name servers are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Note that there is no 0, it's just ns1 and ns2. Also, you need to remove any other name servers that may already be attached to your domain. Once you have the domain working, you can use a third party DNS service such as cloudflare if you wish.

Problem 1 not Problem 2: Now I get the error: Can't reach page in browser Probem 3: and when I try to login in my c-panel it says "The IP address 81.165.103.117 has been blocked for trying to log in to SFTP with the wrong password too many times." ???Don't get that, my password is saved and I only have to click submit. wolstech Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 The IP 81.165.103.117 has been unblocked. The block was because you saved the wrong password in the FTP client. As for the can't reach server message, that's normal when you're blocked, and should now be fixed. It's also possible you tried accessing the server during a load spike. Our Johnny and Ricky servers do see a few of those throughout the day, usually as preventative maintenance tasks like Apache restarts run.
