wolstech Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 According to our systems, that domain is not associated with any existing account. This means either you've already canceled your service using the "Delete account" option, or the account expired due to non-use. The domain tishadesign.com still has its name servers pointed to us though. This setting is controlled by your domain registrar, not us. Please visit your domain registrar's website (in your case, this appears to be GoDaddy) and update the name servers to point to your new provider. Your new hosting provider can provide the correct servers to replace our entries with. We're sorry to see you go. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
