I'm still getting a reverse dns issue:

 

host smtp.glb.shawcable.net [64.59.136.136]

    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:

    554 mi06.dcs.int.inet cmsmtp  Connection rejected. Reverse DNS for 66.220.18.188 does not exist.

I forgot that Hurricane Electric delegates reverse DNS with a CNAME. I didn't have the syntax exactly right. Looks like it should be good now https://www.debouncer.com/reverse-dns-check?ip=66.220.18.188 As usual with DNS it could take up to 24 hours for everyone to register the change and for the old cache to clear itself. Thanks for letting me know that it wasn't working yet.

I am having the exact same issue:

 

450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your reverse hostname, [66.220.18.189]
