Also, the thing about Ricky, is that we don't really promote Ricky. Everybody hates Johnny, and Tommy is promoted for speed and features. Ricky is just...there. He's meant to be a slimmed Tommy though, so we can't just randomly move people or he'd be a second Johnny instead. Someone definitely can donate and ask for a Ricky invite/move if for some reason they wanted that over Tommy (and I can only think of one good reason, Flask on 2.7). It appears your issue was that you were trying to sign into Ricky's cPanel using the https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/ link when your account is on Tommy.
