Also it's beneficial for anyone else who has the same issue as you to be able to search and see how you fixed it. Can you share what you did?

I need to register a domain with my web hosting, it tells me that I have to add here "/etc/ips.remotedns" to contact an administrator. please help

the domain that I want to add is playcs.com.ve

That error means you need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Once the domain is functional using our nameservers you may transfer it to another DNS if you wish.

my domain has the dns of "cloudflare.com" and on the page cloudflare I put the ip of the cpanel so it protects me against attacks, previously I worked with cpanel and I have not had problems, but in the cpanel of you it does not let me place the domain tells me to put it here "/etc/ips.remotedns"

Use our nameservers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Then add your domain to cpanel. Next wait until the domain is working, and then have cloudflare copy the working settings from us and set your nameservers to whatever cloudflare says to. The reason you're getting this error is because cpanel is trying to verify that you actually own the domain by having you set the nameservers. If this check wasn't in place people would be able to park any domain such as google.com or icloud.com etc.

I have a problem, I put the dns to my domain and I added it in addon Domains, it said that it was added correctly but it does not appear in the list to edit

Johnny is infamous for that issue with addon domains. Internally, addon domains are actually a subdomain with an alias/parked domain attached to it. They like to fail half way through their installation...so they add the hidden alias/parked domain, but never create the subdomain, resulting in an invisible domain that's "parked to nothing" and won't work.

What is your main domain, and what is the domain you're trying to add? Once I know that, I can tell you exactly what subdomain you need to create to fix the addon domain.

I think my account has a problem, it does not let me connect the domain with the hosting, I have tried in all the ways and I still get the error that.

Will it be possible to factory reset the account? or erase it to create it again?

Try the subdomain playcs.jeos2812.heliohost.org instead. Usually the subdomain for an addon domain is in the form <addon without TLD>.subdomain.heliohost.org. When determining this, be sure to also omit the www.

If you really want to reset the account, you should delete your account here: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete Then wait a few hours and sign up again. Be aware that you won't be able to reuse your username unless I rename your forum account for you.

Personally, I'd recommend getting a Ricky account this time around if you don't mind waiting until signups open (we offer a limited number starting at midnight UTC every day). Ricky doesn't have this issue with domains, is faster, and he also has a bunch of other benefits, like SSL that installs and renews itself and multiple versions of PHP. The big things that Ricky doesn't have...Java, ASP.NET, and Ruby on Rails.
