Thanks for your response. I tried to donate. I filled up all information but when I clicked the donate button but nothing happened. I mean no loading orbnothin. Please note that I am on Android device and don't own a pc. I used the same (debit) card to purchase app from Google play store. Please let me know if the system is not accepting my card.

Please use https://www.heliohost.org/donate/other if you don't live in the US. Our credit/debit card form currently only works for people who have a US address. We'll be adding international support in the next few weeks hopefully.

Unfortunately I have no other way than debit card. Please let me know when you add support for international cards. 😊

Try going to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=P63828V7WFM54 Then type an amount. Next click the bottom button "Donate with a debit or credit card", and fill in your debit card information. That should work for you

Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions

Is the card capable of international transactions or transactions in other currencies (our transactions are all in USD)? Many cards aren't.

My recommendation in the past for users in the same situation as you is to use your local debit card to purchase a VISA/MasterCard prepaid gift card. Here in the US you can buy them at every gas station or drug store. It has worked for others. http://a.co/0OsAjLo
