[Solved] Ftp Error

I'm having a hard time connecting
by FTP. In every attempt I get the following message:
FTP connection error - Host not found
Can not establish connection -> ftp.brazilcondosboutique.com:1342 @ Wed Dec 13 14:22:57 2017 (10038-11001)
Connection Failed
Resolving ftp.brazilcondosboutique.com ...

This host is not known.

Your network is blocking port 1342, or your client can't handle SFTP (which is a different protocol from FTP).

 

Try Plain (unencrypted) FTP on port 21 instead.
