Well seems i have the same problem as some, i got ip blocked configuring dreamweaver with sftp.

Thanks but i think its blocked again but not for bad passwords, it worked 1st time and cpanel and site take to long to respond and ftp no connect.

Unblocked. Failed SFTP logins. Make sure you have the right credentials saved in your FTP client.
