please tell my what kind of rules I broken that my account has been suspended. I dont have any of listed as forbidden subjects on my site.

Tell me please which script was causing that server high-load. I used php to gather some api data from bitcoin-theme sites and display that as summary. I made it to get data in timespan (not less than) to not overload those sites and server. Which script is causing issues?
