Krydos Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 Since you picked Johnny (our slowest, and worst uptime server) SSL isn't automatically installed and updated for you. You can either switch servers to Ricky or Tommy for AutoSSL, or you can install your own SSL certficate on your Johnny account using this guide http://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let's_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate

Krydos Posted December 4, 2017 Posted December 4, 2017 You're on Tommy now. You'll need to update your cloudflare A record to 65.19.143.6 now since your IP has changed. If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page please clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Thanks for the donation. We really appreciate it.
HelioHost Posted December 4, 2017 Author Posted December 4, 2017 You deserve it, thanks. On Mon, Dec 4, 2017 at 2:44 PM, Heliohost Support wrote: > You're on Tommy now. HelioHost Posted December 5, 2017 Author Posted December 5, 2017 Tommy came up immediately after I changed to the new A record (around 3PM)AutoSSL or "manual" SSL, is still timing out as of 7PM On 12/4/2017 3:35 PM, Heliohost Support wrote:> You deserve it, thanks.> On Mon, Dec 4, 2017 at 2:44 PM, Heliohost Support> wrote:>> You're on Tommy now. Krydos Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 It can take up to 24 hours for the AutoSSL to start working.
Krydos Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 I checked on your AutoSSL for you and there was an error: 1:42:32 PM WARN The domain “tecangels.com” failed domain control validation: The system queried for a temporary file at “http://tecangels.com/.well-known/pki-validation/7146E3BD2284840ACBE866A9379C1D0F.txt” but the web server responded with the following error: 404 (Not Found). A DNS or web server misconfiguration may exist. The domain “tecangels.com” resolved to an IP address “104.27.148.43” that does not exist on this server. What that means is you need to use cloudflare bypass on your A record to 65.19.143.6 for now until autossl gets the domain checked.
