Downtime?

What happened to all the servers because Steve and Tommy went down, I dont know about Johnny & Ricky. It is very unusual for Steve to be down.

Yea the whole of tommy just crashed for some reason including the main website and forum which is back online so i expect there is someone already looking into this. As you can see on here http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ the bar is red showing the downtime.

I know that it did, I have my own monitor but I was wondering why, Krydos might know seems Steve crashed and that has the heliohost and helionet on only to my knowledge.

Yea websites are back up but the database service is offline.

What do you mean "database service"?

The database on Tommy is down so websites that require it cannot connect.

Oh right, Im sure it shall be fixed soon anyway.

I think someone tripped over Eddie's power cord. Out of the blue for no reason Eddie went offline.

Just Eddie? but what about Tommy? or are they both on the same machine

Eddie is the server hardware, while Tommy is a VM living on that hardware. Eddie also hosts Cody, a VM responsible for the forums and website, a name server, and a few other things.
