HelioHost Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 Hello, I have added an addon domain to my account (vsante.co@gmail. com; domain: vsante.eu) from 2 days but the web still shows << Account queued >> and no domain was showed in Cpanel. When I tried to re-add the domain, I had the message: "The domain "vsante.eu" already exists in the Apache configuration" Could you please check and fix it rapidly? Thanks & best regards,NGO Thu Lan

What you need to do to fix it is go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/subdomain/index.html and create the subdomain vsante.vsante.heliohost.org. Once you do that the addon domain should show up at https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/addon/index.html Once you get it to show up on that page it can take up to 24 hours to start working. If you want your addon domains to start working instantly, and not have to create your own subdomain we recommend Ricky or Tommy.
