Default Ssl Certificate Not Valid For Www

On my website I'm using the default certificate issued by cPanel inc but it is not valid for the www. part of my website. Is it possible to get a certificate that is valid for www. or will I have to use my own?

It should be valid for that. It's possible since your account is so new that it hasn't issued yet though. Give it another day, if it still doesn't work tomorrow, let me know and I'll escalate it.
