HelioHost Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 I signed up today at 4pm and it said Tommy was full and to take Johnnyserver and I could always switch later. Apparently, that means deleting theaccount and starting over - which I have done but now the sign up processsays Tommy is full and to wait 20 hours. I previously waited until 5pm totry this. How can I get on the Tommy server? Thanks. In the mean time, it seems the account isn't really deleted. Even though Ican't login anymore, http://bgb.net is still working so I'm not sure if Ineed to let more time pass or how I can fully delete it.

The account deletions aren't instantaneous because they are load based. If the load is high they delete slower basically. As far as getting a Tommy account you can wait until midnight utc tomorrow which as you said is approximately 20 hours away, or you can skip the wait if you make a donation. We've had several people donate upwards of $100 USD and no one has complained that Tommy isn't worth it yet. We have to limit the number of free accounts we give away each day to keep Tommy from becoming overloaded like Johnny. Our record for Tommy accounts is several dozen accounts created within 6 seconds of free accounts being available. Sometimes free accounts last a whole hour. It varies from day to day.

I'd like to be able to have the sameaccount especially if I am going to have to delete and recreate servers.Are the usernames not recycled or is it not fully deleted? It is created with the same username and password as your hosting account. When you delete your hosting account the forum account is not deleted. Since the forum account blaine has zero posts I went ahead and deleted it for you. The username should now be available.
